I have tried the MapECU1 in my Z and wasn't impressed. the software that comes with it is pretty crappy. also one major thing that annoyed me was the fact that it just "learns" single fields in it's internal map and it will take months before it learns all required fields in the map, unless you manually fill out the map with interpolated values that you have to calculate yourself.
also it has no error correction at all. if it learns a field while the AFM is having a dump, it will never correct the mismatched field, unless again you edit it manually.
